The Stony Point High School NJROTC Booster Club is a parent-led organization serving cadets from both Stony Point and Cedar Ridge High Schools. We work alongside Naval Science Instructors to strengthen the NJROTC program by providing financial support, volunteer efforts, and encouragement. Our mission is to help cadets grow as leaders, succeed in competitions, and thrive in every aspect of their NJROTC journey.

If you’ve never been to Tiger Challenge, get ready—it’s one of the most exciting events of the year! On Saturday, September 20, more than 15 NJROTC units will come to Stony Point High School to compete in a full day of action-packed events.
From relays, dodgeball, pushups, and tug-of-war to an obstacle course, chess tournament, and rifle postal, our cadets will be putting their skills, teamwork, and determination on full display. This is a chance to cheer on our boys and girls, show your Tiger pride, and be part of an event that draws cadets and families from across the region.
Tiger Challenge Events include:
- 1000 Yard Relay
- Litter Carry
- Crunches & Pushups
- Dodgeball
- Tug of War
- Obstacle Course
- Chess Tournament
- Rifle Postal
- …and more!
We expect 300–350 attendees—so we need parent support to fuel our cadets and keep the event running smoothly.
Food & Drink Donations
Help us feed the crowd by signing up to donate items like burgers, hot dogs, buns, chips, drinks, and supplies. Please drop off donations at the Stony Point High School portables (before or after school) no later than Thursday, Sept. 18.
Volunteer Opportunities
Parents are needed for set-up, concessions, scoring, chess tournament, and clean-up.
If you’re able to stay all day, please consider signing up for more than one shift or role.
Can’t Volunteer? Support with a Donation
If you’re unable to bring items or volunteer, you can still make an impact by helping us purchase food and drinks directly.
